AGATHA CHRISTIE AND THE POLITICS OF THE CRIME NOVEL. Professor Steven Fielding writes and broadcasts extensively on the relationship between politics and fiction. In this talk he considers how Agatha Christie presented politics to the crime novel fans of interwar Britain.

The lecture starts at 10:45 h and is free to Torquay Museum Society members, or £5.00 for non-members.
