EVENTSGEOPARK FESTIVAL - Vigilance of Brixham Sailing Programme28 May - 5 JunHeritage Quay, Brixham MarinaVigilance of Brixham is a gaff-rigged ketch and a heritage vessel of national importance, with recognisable red sails. Still classed as a "Brixham Sailing Trawler" although no longer fishing, she was the last of a long line of beam trawlers or smacks built at Upham's Shipyard in Brixham in 1926. Over the Geopark Festival, don’t miss the opportunity to take the helm of an historic working vessel, help with the sails and chat with the friendly and well-informed Skipper and Crew.
